JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Checking documents and making Purchases / Request
- Communicating with Supervisor/Staff about the approval
- Preparing documents before implementation/project/order
- Making payment requests (communicating with suppliers, accountants, and other related departments)
- Checking Acceptance Documents
- Warranty monitoring
- Report monitoring
- Financial task (accrue expenses, capex monitoring, …)
- Unit price management
- Data tracking for maintenance & project
- Process Standardization
- Support paperwork for Team
- Other tasks assigned by Line manager
REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years in the role of Project Admin/Sales Operations Support or related position
- Excellence communication skills with internal as well as external
- Having experience in price checking, data tracking
3. Skill/ competence:
- Have knowledge about working processes logically
