JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Inventory management

  • Meet accuracy and shrink goals across stores
  • Management, facilitate and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts in accordance with company guidelines. Complete monthly audits
  • Process necessary action to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Manage stock damages in a timeline manner.

2. Loss prevention

  • Control all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inter-store communication and loss prevention audits
  • Liaison with security company for scheduling, training and management of guards

3. Store SOP and Compliance

  • Lead store operation policy and process to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Audit SOP execution compliance across stores and provide necessary training to Retail team to ensure high compliance following company standards

4. Store facility and Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture or other related items to facility
  • Oversee maintenance on all lighting and electrical system as required
  • Ensure clean and neat organization of all back of house areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alternations, rest rooms and hold areas in accordance with company standards

5. Equipment and Store supply management

  • Manage and maintain all store equipment inclusive of office equipment, computers, phones, registers, alternations, music, POS tickets etc..
  • Ensure proper order on packaging material, stationary, CRM materials etc..
  • Maintain depth and accurate records of repair in partnership with After Sales service team

6. Operations cost ownership

  • Work with Retail Manager to align Store Operations costs for assigned store locations
  • Manage store operations expense within approved budget
  • Constantly review operational expenses and find solutions for cost saving without compromising high quality standards of luxury operations

7. Cross-functional collaboration

  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a seamless operational excellence
  • Closely partner with Retail Managers and store team to define and execute plans to elevate operational excellence in the stores thereby providing seamless customer experiences
  • Champion key operation projects that require strong collaborations with cross-functional teams

8. Operations Team development

  • Set Store Operations objectives, key performance matrix to support business objectives
  • Provide learning and development opportunities, performance management for team members
  • Build a highly efficient Operations team with strong collaborative spirits with cross-functional teams

9. Stakeholders management

  • Represent DAFC in working with some key stakeholder (including landlords and tenants) as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2.    Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in luxury fashion is a preferable.

3.    Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the Luxury Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional luxury customer experiences
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.

4.    Skill/ competence:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
  • Good skills in communication, leadership. Previous working experience with Government entities is a plus.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
