MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

This role is part of the IT Infra & Operation team to ensure the smooth operation and stability of our IT infrastructure & Operation. He will be responsible for daily support for all aspects of our IT infrastructure & IT Operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Support daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and cloud environments.

·      Implement and maintain IT systems and tools to support business needs.

·      Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they occur.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure problems.

·      Solve the IT helpdesk ticket or user support request and commit the SLA to the business.

·      Support other tasks assigned by line manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Minimum 1 years of experience in IT helpdesk, operation or Infrastructure support.

·      Strong understanding of Network, PC, PC installed software.

·      Understanding with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT tools.
