JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Checking documents and making Purchases / Request
  • Communicating with Supervisor/Staff about the approval
  • Preparing documents before implementation/project/order
  • Making payment requests (communicating with suppliers, accountants, and other related departments)
  • Checking Acceptance Documents
  • Warranty monitoring
  • Report monitoring
  • Financial task (accrue expenses, capex monitoring, …)
  • Unit price management
  • Data tracking for maintenance & project
  • Process Standardization
  • Support paperwork for Team
  • Other tasks assigned by Line manager

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience:

  • At least 2 years in the role of Project Admin/Sales Operations Support or related position
  • Excellence communication skills with internal as well as external
  • Having experience in price checking, data tracking

3. Skill/ competence:

  • Have knowledge about working processes logically
